Celtek/Slug Mag-Beat The Pro
With anticipation at it's highest, February 21st was finally here! Celtek and Slug Mag teamed up with the Canyons for BEAT THE PRO. This was a never before seen contest format, where local snowboarders could go head to head against some of our BIGGEST PROS! We had Erik Leines, Bjorn Leines, Iris Lazz, Chris Grenier, and Cale Zima to hold it down for the pros. Our designer Dave Doman also made it out for the day. The weather was amazing, and the sun was beating down! We had tons of people show up! and everyone was eager to see how they measured up. We did a first heat for each division which was a jam format on the sick setup that Steve Duke, and crew put together! It was a solid jump, an up box, then rolled into two lines, of an upbox to flat rail, or an up box to rainbow box. Tons of tricks went down and everyone gave the pros a run for their money. Both Womans division and the Mens open class division went on for such a long time before we could declare a winner! Luckily we had DJ Hot Noise to keep it bumpin throughout the day! A big thanks goes out to everyone involved at Slug, the Canyons, Clayton Brown, BJ,Erik,Iris,Grendys,Cale,Dave, and to all the competitors that came out for the fun relaxing, but eventful day! Check out these photos from Saturday!

Three Guys-One Booth
As you've seen from the last posting that the booth at SIA looked amazing. But there were three guys that really made that thing happen. They spent the entire month of January in a 20X20 space making this thing go up. A big thanks goes out to Dave Doman, Simon Larson, and Greg for putting in the long hours and effort. We couldn't have done it without ya! You straight killed it. These three guys deserve their own story not only on CELTALK but on CNN! Check out these photos!
Really though, They built this entire thing to a T at the Celtek HQ. Believe it!
They put this thing together for Doman's art that is in the center. Celtek Monster has to be stoked
